Before we begin

Good questions.
Plain answers.

No new software for its own sake. We start with your workflow and explain the choices.

I am new to AI. Where do I start?

Start with your business, not a software shopping list. Tell us what takes too long, gets repeated, or could work better. We explain practical options in plain language and show you what a useful setup could look like. You do not need to own AI tools or know the technical terms.

What happens at the free AI check-up?

We spend 30 minutes discussing your business goals, the tools you use, and one useful starting point. That might be a stronger website, less repeated admin, clearer reporting, or a better customer experience. We can meet face to face in Lloydminster, with timing agreed by email. If you want to continue, we recommend a defined project and provide a written quote before work begins. There is no obligation to buy.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

That is where we start. We check what your current tools support before recommending a setup. If another service is needed, its cost is quoted up front so you can decide before work begins.

What kinds of work can AI and automation help with?

AI can prepare drafts, summarize approved information, and help organize routine paperwork. Automation can move agreed steps between forms, calendars, messages, and supported business systems. We assess the tools and data first, then build and test a defined workflow. Your team keeps the agreed approval points, decisions, and exceptions.

Can this help us grow the business?

We look for practical ways to support sales and service: a clearer website, easier customer contact, timely follow-up, and less repeated administration. We agree on the goal and how to assess the improvement, such as turnaround time, completed follow-ups, or hours spent on a routine task. The right starting point depends on your business.

What will my quote include?

Your written quote confirms the deliverables, testing, handover, supported workflows, and included changes. It identifies any applicable tax, third-party software, messaging, hosting, and ongoing support costs before you approve the job. You keep your accounts and business data. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Does Monthly Care get added to the missed-call pack?

The pack’s monthly fee covers care for that pack. If you need broader support, we agree on one care scope and price in your proposal. We do not add a second care fee for the same work.

How do website projects and care plans work?

We quote your website around the pages, content, features, and handover you need. Photography, migrations, shops, and additional workflows are included only when agreed in your scope. Optional Website Care covers agreed maintenance; Care + Leads can also support an agreed enquiry workflow. We quote ongoing support separately and avoid charging twice for the same work. Domain, hosting, software, and usage costs are confirmed before you commit.

Can you build the industry workflows shown here?

These are custom-project starting points. We first assess your tools, the integration options, the data involved, and the work our team can deliver. Voice reception, dispatch integrations, and specialist administrative workflows begin with a defined pilot and human handoff. The scope, acceptance checks, vendor costs, and responsibility for exceptions are agreed before a live setup.

How do you price custom work?

We agree on the scope first, then provide a written quote based on your business goals, deliverables, tools, and support needs. Setup, ongoing care, and required third-party costs are clearly itemized so you can review the full cost before deciding.

Can you update our safety manual or develop one for COR / SECOR preparation?

Yes. We scope existing-manual updates or complete company-specific manual development, including policies, procedures, forms, document control, and a preparation plan for your selected program. Your company implements the system and completes required training. The chosen certifying organization determines its assessment requirements and awards certification; a manual alone is not certification.

Where does human approval stay involved?

We agree on approval points before a workflow goes live, including quotes, customer answers, and exceptions. Review requests ask customers for honest feedback, without incentives or filtering by sentiment. We confirm consent, sender details, and unsubscribe handling before enabling marketing messages. Clinic work is limited to administrative workflows after a privacy and capability assessment, the required agreements, and clinic approval. No patient information enters AI tools before those steps.

Are you actually local?

Yes. Principal Founder Justin Kohle (JK) has lived in Lloydminster since 2004. SIMUL Interlock is locally owned and focuses on businesses in Lloydminster city. Face-to-face conversations, demonstrations, and handovers are arranged with you by email.
